Sara H

Coach Sara H grew up doing gymnastics in Red Deer, Alberta, where she developed her love of the sport. After living in several different places throughout BC, Sara eventually found her way to Salt Spring Island and became involved with SSCG, first as a volunteer coach and later as a gymnastics coach.

With her extensive gymnastics background, Sara is grateful for the opportunity to connect with the community through coaching and sharing her love of the sport with young gymnasts. 

Fun fact: Sara can spin a hula hoop on her foot while holding a handstand!
