The focus in TBJB is on activities that familiarize young participants with the gym and its equipment. Running, jumping, balancing, hanging, and stretching will keep little bodies moving. Parental support and participation are mandatory! There is a lightly structured warm-up, and then the gym is open for free play and exploration. This is a great class to play gymnastics with your little one.
If your child is ready for more advanced gymnastics and is ready to go to class without parental support, consider enrolling them in one of our Dragonflies and Butterflies classes.
BUSY BEES early years drop-in
Every child attending must be individually registered. Registration must be completed before attending your first class.

The focus in Busy Bees is on creating a fun, flexible space where little ones can explore the gym together. Running, jumping, climbing, balancing, and imaginative play will keep busy bodies moving while families enjoy time together in the gym. This early years drop-in class is designed to provide a fun, flexible space for young participants and their siblings to explore the gym and its equipment together. Parent participation and supervision are required at all times, and each child must be registered individually. Families only pay the term registration fee and for the drop-in classes that they attend.
If your child is ready for more advanced gymnastics and is ready to go to class without parental support, consider enrolling them in one of our Dragonflies and Butterflies classes.
DRAGONFLIES & BUTTERFLIES

Dragonflies & Butterflies is the next step for young gymnasts ready to explore independence while building strength, confidence, and coordination. In this class, children will bounce, jump, balance, and hang, all while developing agility and listening skills with the guidance of their coaches. Participants will continue to grow their gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive environment. Classes include circuits, games, animal walks, and an introduction to gymnastics.
Please note: Only registered participants and coaches are allowed in the gym; parents and siblings are asked to wait in the lobby during class.
If your child is 5 and is ready for more advanced gymnastics, consider enrolling them in one of our Jumping Jacks and Jumping Jills classes.
JUMPING JACKS & JUMPING JILLS

Jumping Jacks & Jumping Jills is designed for young gymnasts who are ready to continue building their skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Participants will develop flexibility, strength, coordination, and confidence while learning foundational gymnastics skills. Participants will work on skills such as rolls, jumps, balances, handstands, cartwheels, hangs, swings, and introductory bar skills, progressing at their own pace. Along the way, gymnasts will continue developing important life skills such as listening, turn-taking, independence, and perseverance.
This class is the perfect next step for school-aged children who are eager to learn new skills, stay active, and have fun.
Preschool-aged children must register in Dragonflies and Butterflies or Busy Bees early years drop-in.
LEOPARDS & DRAGONS
Ages 8+

Leopards & Dragons is a recreational gymnastics class for participants who are new to gymnastics or looking to continue developing their skills in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment. With a focus on flexibility, strength, power, and endurance, gymnasts will build confidence while improving coordination, body awareness, and overall athleticism. Gymnasts will work on progressing skills such as front and back walkovers, handstand flat backs off vault, back hip circle, and tuck progressions on uneven bars and beam work, including handstands, cartwheels, and safe dismounts such as round-offs and cartwheel snap downs.
Classes are structured to support both newer and returning athletes with progressions tailored to individual ability, so each participant can work at their own pace while being appropriately challenged. Leopards & Dragons is the perfect class for staying active, building new skills, and having fun through gymnastics.
IRON OX strength
Ages 8+
Thursday 5:00-6:15
Iron Ox is a strength-focused training class designed for athletes who are looking to build greater strength, endurance, and body control. Through challenging activities and skill-based conditioning, participants will develop confidence, resilience, perseverance, and a strong foundation for gymnastics and other athletic pursuits. Participants will train using a variety of equipment, including rings, pommel horse, parallel bars, rope, trampoline, silks, static trapeze, and hand balancing equipment. Classes incorporate conditioning, tumbling, and strength-based skill progressions designed to improve overall athleticism and functional strength in a fun and supportive environment.
Prerequisite: Completion of at least one gymnastics or circus class.
PRE-COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS 1 & 2

Pre-Comp 1 & 2 are designed for motivated gymnasts who are ready to take a more focused approach to their gymnastics training. Gymnasts are invited into the program based on their demonstrated interest in gymnastics, commitment to learning, and readiness for a more structured training environment. Through focused training, gymnasts will build strength, flexibility, and confidence while refining foundational skills and improving technique, form, and consistency. Rather than focusing solely on learning new skills, participants spend time strengthening and polishing existing skills such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and other gymnastics elements, creating a strong foundation for future progressions.
Classes emphasize attention to detail, body awareness, goal setting, perseverance, and personal growth in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Participation in Pre-Comp is by invitation only and requires commitment, focus, and an existing level of gymnastics ability to safely participate.
Pre-Comp 1 trains once per week. Pre-Comp 2 includes an additional weekly training session for gymnasts interested in more training time.
CIRQUENASTICS
Ages 9+
Saturday 12:45-2:15
Can't decide between gymnastics and circus? Cirquenastics combines the best of both worlds. This unique class allows participants to explore both disciplines while building strength, coordination, confidence, and body awareness.
Participants will learn a variety of skills, including hand balancing, tumbling, trampoline, acro, silks, dance trapeze, static trapeze, and cube. Classes focus on building on foundational skills in both gymnastics and circus while encouraging creativity, movement, and fun. Whether your child enjoys being on the ground, in the air, or a little bit of both, Cirquenastics is a great way to explore new skills and discover new interests.
Prerequisite: Completion of at least one gymnastics or circus class.
