Classes do not run during the SD64 spring break or on SD64 Friday school days- Feb 23 and April 5.
GYMNASTICS
Teddy Bears and Jelly Beans- Ages 1-3 and parent

*this is a more advanced level class.
Participants must be able to compete forward roll, handstand, bridges, cartwheels, bars pull over (on their own or assisted), must be comfortable going upside down.
CIRCUS
Clowning- Ages 10+

Circus Kids- Ages 7-11
Friday 1-2:15
Circus Fundamentals- Ages 11-99
Wednesday 5:30-7:00
Intermediate Circus- Ages 11-99
Wednesday 7:15-8:45
Participants in this class must be able to: hold plank for 1 minute minimum, complete a 3 minute ab workout without stopping, climb silks to the top, both sides, compete a minimum of 3 consecutive straddle climbs, have full knowledge of all safety protocols for all apparatus, know all warmup routines for all apparatus, be aware of the cultural focus of circus (P’s), juggle a 3 ball cascade or is close to this ability.
ADAPTED GYMNASTICS
Facilitated play in gymnastics.
Ages 5+ accompanied by a supportive adult.
