SSCG Refund Policy

Registrations may be cancelled for a full refund, less a $30 administration fee, up to 7 days (1 week) before the start of the term.

Refunds will not be granted after the term has begun.

The Gymnastics BC membership fee is non-refundable. Upon registration, SSCG immediately remits this fee to Gymnastics BC on behalf of the participant and is therefore unable to refund it.

Students who miss classes due to illness, injury, vacation, or other absences are not eligible for prorating, refunds, credits, or make-up classes.

A prorated refund will be provided if the program is cancelled by SSCG or if a participant is deemed unsuitable for a class for safety reasons by program staff. 

Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are not available for cancellations caused by severe weather, facility closures, coach illness, public health restrictions, or other circumstances beyond SSCG's control. The club continues to incur staffing and operating expenes during these disruptions.
