Salt Spring Circus and Gymnastics may occasionally take photographs or video recordings of participants for the purpose of marketing, club promotions, social media, website content, print materials, and other organizational communications.

By registering for programs with Salt Spring Circus and Gymnastics, parents/guardians consent to the use of photographs and video recordings of participants for these purposes unless they submit a Photo & Video Opt-Out Form.

Salt Spring Circus and Gymnastics will not use or publish any identifiable images or videos of participants whose parents/guardians have submitted an opt-out request form.
