Registration for Fall 2026 is now open!

All Salt Spring Circus and Gymnastics participants are required to purchase the Gymnastics BC annual membership fee for $45.00. Course fees DO NOT include this membership fee. This fee is non-refundable and is due immediately upon enrolment.
2026-27 memberships are valid to August 31, 2027 and cannot be prorated. If you register for multiple classes, you will only be charged the membership fee once annually.

Most classes do not require a registration code.
Registration codes are only required for classes that are listed as 'by application' or 'by invitation'
Participants may register in any class provided they meet the prerequisites outlined in the course descriptions.
If you believe your child meets the prerequisites for a class but is unable to register, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of registering to hold your space in the class. If payment is not received, the space may be given to a child on the waitlist. If you require an alternative payment arrangement, please contact us to discuss available options.
Participants may only attend the class in which they are registered. Temporary class changes or one-time class swaps and trial classes are not permitted.
Requests to transfer to a different class must by approved by SSCG management. Approved class transfers are considered permanent and are subject to space and class suitability.

Accounts with an outstanding balance will not be able to register for new classes.
If you have a balance owing and would like to discuss a payment plan, please contact us. We're happy to work with families to find a solution.

Kidsport/Jumpstart/A4K funding may be available for eligible families. View our financial aid page for more information here.
If you are applying for funding, payment is still required at the time of registration. Once your funding application has been approved and payment has been received by the club, we will refund the approved amount via e-transfer.
We have opportunities available for those who are keen to trade volunteer hours for tuition.
There are perks to joining our volunteer team (such as early registration, free tuition, and additional fun opportunities for children of volunteers)

When sending your e-transfers, please include: Your child's name & the name of the person who completed registration.

Registration Troubleshooting

Classes are subject to cancellation or combination if the minimum enrollment numbers are not met. Registering early helps us confirm classes and avoid cancellations.
Please join the waitlist if the class you want is full. We may add additional sections for classes with long waitlists.

Registered Participants & Coaches only are permitted in the gym during classes, except for parent participation classes.
Observation of classes is not allowed unless specifically permitted by SSCG management
Photo and video recording is not permitted during classes.
