APPLYING FOR FUNDING

THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE REGISTERING

Thank you for your patience as we have fine-tuned our class schedule.  We have tried to accommodate your suggestions whenever possible.  We know we can't please everyone, but we have done our best, and we do not anticipate further schedule changes at this point.  That said, all classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of registrants is not reached.

We have had many requests for exceptions to class age limits and we are not able to accommodate these requests.  We ask that all youth register in their age group. 

All Salt Spring Circus and Gymnastics participants are required to purchase an Annual Club Membership which includes membership to Gymnastics BC.  These fees are non-refundable and are due immediately upon enrollment. 2022-23 memberships are valid to August 31 and cannot be pro-rated.  If you register for multiple classes, you will only be charged the membership fee once.

A family discount of 15% will be applied.

Kidsport/Jumpstart/A4K funding may be available for eligible families.  We encourage you to apply asap as it can take some time to receive approval.

We encourage families to purchase accident insurance if you do not already have it.  We know there are many policies out there; we do not have any personal experience with accident insurance, but this one has been recommended by other gymnastics clubs. https://insuremykids.com/

Course fees have taken into account Friday school days. All Friday classes with the exception of Circus Performance group will not run on Friday school days.   Classes will run on Good Friday.   Classes will not run over Spring Break. 

Finally, aerial equipment can not be used if there is snow on the roof of the gymnasium.  Weather permitting, affected classes will still run with alternate activities for the duration of the snow.
