ADAPTED PROGRAM

Our Adapted Program (AP) in gymnastics play is accessible to everyone and is designed for our friends with disabilities/neurodivergence who might benefit from a smaller class size, a quieter room, along with the flexibility of having a supportive adult join.    Youth must be accompanied by a parent or other supportive adult who is willing to be engaged in the program with their child.

As students gain confidence and skills and are able to participate safely and independently in AP lessons, we welcome them to join other classes.  If you have a need for a quieter gym time, small lesson sizes, and having a supportive adult helper join in, we welcome you to stick with AP!
